About Me

I am a life and system coach based in Delhi, helping overwhelmed individuals create clarity, structure, and emotional balance in their daily lives.

From a very young age, I found myself naturally creating small systems — not just to stay organised, but to feel calm and in control. Over time, I realised that true organisation is not about perfection… it is about creating space for peace, focus, and ease.

But my journey has not always been easy.

I have experienced phases of anxiety, overthinking, and feeling completely overwhelmed. There were times when I struggled with consistency, clarity, and direction. Like many people, I tried to rely on motivation — but it never lasted.

What truly changed things for me was shifting my focus from motivation to systems.

I began building simple, practical systems that supported my daily life — systems that reduced mental clutter, helped me manage my energy, and created a sense of stability. Slowly, things started to change. My anxiety became more manageable, my days felt clearer, and I began to feel more in control of my life.

Today, this is the work I do.

Unlike therapy or counseling, which often explore the past and healing deep trauma, coaching is about taking action today to move toward your goals. Coaching cannot replace therapy, but it can beautifully complement it.

Coaching works through guided conversations, reflection, and structured systems that bring clarity to your life. Together, we identify what is holding you back, create a practical plan, and move step by step toward balance and progress.

2. Services & Programs

I provide coaching around building Personal Systems, Balanced Living, Healing & Resilience, Work-Life Balance, and Organised Living. My work blends practical tools with wisdom rooted in Sanatan Dharma and mindful living.

I primarily offer one-to-one sessions for deeper transformation. However, I also host group programs and workshops occasionally.

A typical coaching session lasts between 45 to 60 minutes.
